Even though UPS messed up a lot and lost our first order and the second was completely crushed the product itself was nice and the customer service is above and beyond. I would definitely order again but would love a different delivery company

My daughter loves getting a new Jibbet every morning! The only feedback I have is I wish I would have received a confirmation email when I placed the order. I spent a week or so just wondering if I was going to receive the package. When the package came it was very well wrapped and my daughter has been very happy with the charms!

I thought it was a very good idea. I like most the stuff I’ve gotten so far, there’s some obviously that don’t pertain to me so I am gifting them. I think it is very cute. Would order again!
